Burn Function
Choice’s audited liquidity pools are forked from Terraswap with one key modification: Integrating a send to auction feature.
There’s a 0.3% swap fee, and it’s broken down like this:
0.2% to incentivizing liquidity providers,
0.05% to Choice treasury &,
0.05% to Injective’s burn auction.
If a user swaps 10,000 USDT into INJ, 30 USDT will be taken as fee. It will be distributed as such:
20 USDT to the liquidity provider(s),
5 USDT to Choice treasury &,
5 USDT to the Injective burn auction.
Swaps on Choice liquidity pools will not burn tokens being swapped, but rather increase the overall INJ burned weekly.
